So our uniform being "uniform" is a perfect example of how Dabo addresses structure, priorities, details, and having a system where everyone is ALL IN.

I so agree w what he has done here. I do seem to remember a time well before his Bama time where the Tide wore white helmets for road games. Of course there were some early 60's years where our Tigers wore white jerseys at home too according to film I've seen

main reason we wore white so much in 60's is that the Orange Dye that Russell used then faded badly. After about 3 washings they looked 10 years old.

I hate teams like Oregon who's uniforms are anything but uniform. But then again I'm a big fan of tradition, in most everything.
Moreover, uniformity is a key to brand recognition. Corporations rarely change their logo/look. When they do , it's often counter productive.

It would be good to see us in orange helmets ..purple jerseys with white or orange pants.
It represents business to be done .....Battle-War with the number 1 team during the regular season at home all wrapped into one.
If we faced the number 1 team on the road. ...we could wear all white with orange helmets or purple pants with the white jerseys and of course our orange helmets.

..that had nothing to do with FB success, like weird uniform combos, critical of the Tiger Tailgate show/ect........DABO on other hand is very adept in knowing what is/isn't important....

Another thing Dabo brought back was the bigger Tiger Paw logo on the helmet.

I’m not sure if Bowden made the paw smaller or if it started with Hatfield or Tommy West but it was definitely a lot smaller during Bowden’s tenure.
