had NC A&T as his second choice.
The JSU guy has a lot of pressure on him to make the NFL. If he does - it will show the FCS as a viable path to the pros. If he doesn't make it - FCS (and HBCU) schools won't get any more 3-5* players for a while.

It's specifically against the rules to use NIL as a recruiting inducement, but that is exactly what is happening. Any promise of a contract if you go to Michigan, Georgie, Alabama carries the same penalties as bribing them 20 years ago. The majority of the NCAA would be in favor of enforcing these rules, so how long does it take?
