Assuming Brent is gone to OU.

First and foremost thank you BV for EVERYTHING! You embody what every Clemson man should strive to be. You have been the best DC in the country for years and it’s been a blessing to witness. OU is in great hands and I have no doubt you will be a great HC. You deserve this! I just hope you have zero success against Clemson.

These next moves will truly define Dabo’s legacy. Let’s be honest, he is already Bobby Bowden level in Clemson. But is that good enough for Dabo? Is he chasing the Saban type legacy? We know Dabo is very invested in building great young men, but he’s also very invested in winning. I’m excited to see what the future holds and how Dabo’s legacy evolves after this.

coaching jobs the last half of this season. This team and season could have easily unraveled to a very ugly level. The team never quit, Dabo never got down on the team and they are now 9-3 and #20 in the natioin, likely higher after today's playoff ranking, and shut out South Carolina, destroyed Wake Forest and beat FLorida State. South Carolina and Florida State aren't much, but midway through the season, I did not think we would beat them. And losing to them would have made the season much more miserable. I think it was a nice coaching job to keep this season as a very high level hiccup instead of a complete setback.

Dabo has probably been preparing for this day....the day that Jeff Scott departed. Clemson will be fine.
