Great guy, great college QB, just always destined to be in the 98% of guys that can't make it in the NFL. It's so much more selective than most people realize.

It's unbelievable percentage on how few make it past 5 years. The average draftee plays 3.3 yrs in the NFL.

From what I read, Tim gave it his all. The guy is a competitor and kuddos to him for trying. Tim can still be an asset to the Jaguars. I am curious to see where Urban places him in the organization.
