one of those with the two freezer drawers on the bottom and the french door refrigerator on the top. The left door will close on it's own no problem, but the right side door has a tendency to not shut.
It's a daily occurrence that I'm hearing the beeping. The alert only sends out if it's left open for more than 5 minutes.
The temperature alert is also handy, if'n you're out of town and the compressor goes out, you'd know before coming home to meat pudding in the freezer.
I hear that sentiment a lot about making it our whole lives without needing something, but just remember we used to share Playboy magazines. Embrace technology.

But I can tell you that my refrigerator doors are opened 48 times per day, on average, and my various calendars are synced on the door fridge, which I don't look at anymore. And there's family pictures up there, occasionally.

because you never know when you shut the door whether the light went off.
So the interior light stays on for the camera or is it an infrared picture of your milk carton?
