Brannon Spector impact in 2022
Jan 26, 2022, 12:13 AM

I’m looking for Brannon to have a big impact in the slot in 2022, hopefully he can get healthy again. We really needed him this past season, he was never the same after he took the covid shot & got sick.
He was one of the ones that had a bad reaction from it, we all need to pray for healing because Brannon is a really good athlete who can help us tremendously this season if he’s fully healthy.
I’m pulling for him to be Hunter Renfrow like in 2022-2023 both seasons to get better and better everyday in Every Way!

Took the covid shot and got sick?

And that kept him out all season? I had it when I was 56 and was over it in 4 days.
What makes you think Spector will ever have any impact whatsoever? Have we seen anything on the field to indicate that? Just wondering what you are basing this great optimism about him on.

I guess you are tough and he is not. Is that what you are saying? That is dumb. It affects different people different ways. There have been several young college athletes that have died from it.

I’d like to hear who the young athletes were who died. I have not seen those stories and I’d think it would be newsworthy.

GEPSTiger, don't bother searching via Google or Internet Explorer when searching for articles re: adverse reactions from Covid-19 shots.
However, if you go directly to articles, then Google (at least until they get around to censoring the new articles) will let you see the following (from Jan. 22nd).
This article's title ... Deaths among the "Unvaccinated" ... actually points out how the death rate statistics for vaccinated people are skewed by categorizing all who died within 2 weeks of getting the Covid-19 vaccine as being "unvaccinated." The data is from the UK, and the data analyst is from Germany. The German language is captioned in English; the graphical data is easy to understand.
Cut-and-paste the following into your browser and ... for now (i.e., Jan_26_2022 in the A.M.) it should work.
https://gatesofvienna.net/2022/01/deaths-among-the-unvaccinated/
You said you want information? Here ya go.

To be clear, that doesn’t answer his question,

which is for stories about young healthy people dying *from* the vaccine (unless I’m misunderstanding). I appreciate the link but I try to avoid websites that I’m not familiar with like that. From your description it sounds like they don’t count people who die within two weeks from getting the vaccine as “vaccinated” and I believe we have been told all along that the vaccine takes about two weeks in the system to be fully effective. So I see your concern but also the rationale for the decision in when someone is or is not considered “vaccinated”.

Re: ... doesn’t answer the question: Anecdotes & more

I understand not jumping on links to sources which are unfamiliar.
It creates a circular argument: Sites which a person has historically used don't show the information; New (different) sites are which have different information are only reluctantly considered.
Don't know how to help you out of that dilemma, everyone has to figure that out for him/her self.
FWIW, here's a link that details anecdote about young people suffering from serious heart and/or other conditions shortly after getting the Covid-19 vaccines. Anecdote is not reason in and of itself to draw conclusions. But since you're asking for examples, then here goes:
https://www.oom2.com/t76952-healthy-athletes-suddenly-fall-ill-die-after-forced-covid-injection-and-the-medias-silent
A more formal article ("Covid vaccine rollout linked to rise in deaths, according to published data"):
https://vaccinedeaths.com/2022-01-25-covid-vaccine-rollout-rise-in-deaths.htmlCOVID vaccine rollout linked to rise in deaths, according to published data A study conducted by the University of Alberta in Canada showed data from 145 countries that revealed a worrisome link between Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine rollout and the increased number of deaths. In the United States alone, COVID vaccine rollouts appear to have increased the number of COVID cases per million by nearly 40 percent. […]
It is sad that so many people view the Covid-19 vaccine issue through a political lens or the "I've got to be right" psychology. This debate is a heath matter, and risk vs. reward information regarding Covid vaccines should not be censored: This is an important health matter.

Hi again Swarley, sorry for the 2 post-response. Not that this matters, but I understand if you choose to ignore responses that come in 2 separate posts.
The "two weeks" argument is INDEED valid for proving vaccine EFFICACY (since even though the body starts working almost immediately after injection to start producing 'clones' of the spike protein from within the cells, it takes a while for (1) the body to produce spike protein 'clones' and then (2) for the body's immune response to develop and then 'combat' those spike proteins.
The "two weeks" argument is NOT valid for establishing vaccine SAFETY. The spike proteins get formed first ... a large proportion of the them being 'made' within the first two weeks after the vaccine. The spike proteins are among the causal factors which are related to the adverse effects that occur within the first two weeks of taking the vaccine.
I hope that this helps.

Appreciate the civil response. You're right that if

certain data is being minimized or ignored by more "main stream" sources, you either have to find other sources and develop some faith in them or you're kind of stuck. I am extremely critical of modern journalism in general, but also wary about using sources that I may not fully know about when it comes to a divisive issue like the Covid vaccine. I think the common ground is that we all want full transparency and truth. Many of us also want to be able to choose. I am decidedly pro-vaccine, but I have no appetite to "shout down" the skeptics. It's both disrespectful and, more pragmatically, is ineffective if the goal is to persuade.
Anyway, back to Spector - I read that he actually had COVID and was dealing with long-term complications from that. Who knows for sure but that's the story...complications from COVID, not from the Vaccine itself. The other common ground, of course, is that we all hope he makes a full recovery and has an impact on the field in 2022!

My statement had nothing to do with the shot no shot argument. I was simply stating that covid affects different people different ways whether they have had the vaccine or not and that some young people have died from covid including young athletes and that the guy should not judge Spector or any other person and their problems recovering from having the virus.

He had covid, it wasn't a reaction to the vaccine. Man I hate the internet with all these lies and false information. Everybody here knows absolutely nothing about it. Just because you read some articles on the internet and "did your own research". It's ridiculous. Think about average Joe that reads all the articles on stock tips. Everybody would be a millionaire. You just believe it because you want to believe it.

My mother died two days after receiving her vaccine from a heart attack, can’t say it had anything to do with the vaccine because we won’t ever truly know but can’t rule it out either. As far as articles there are dumb ones on both sides of the argument. Some believe it’s the greatest thing ever invented and can do no wrong, while the others believe it’s the devil. My mom isn’t the only person I know that passed away after receiving vaccination but like I said we can’t say it was from the vaccine.

Missed the entire season, i don't think he will contribute much this season, hopefully Stelatto or one of the freshman can come on strong.

PERFECTLY HEALTHY ATHELETES BEING FORCED TO TAKE A "SHOT", NOT A VACCINE, IS CRIMINAL. ANYONE NOTICED SINCE THE COLLEGE AND PRO PLAYOFFS STARTED THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS COVID.

He'll have lots of competition there including Stellato, Antonio Williams, Taylor.

I don't see it happening.......

At some point I gotta see it on the field. I understand he's battled injury and sickness (and I hope he gets healthy), but "hype" for ANY player dwindles real fast when they're out of sight out of mind.
It's still too early to tell on Will Taylor (who knows how ACL will affect him) and/or Stellato.........for all we know they could end up being health issue WRs much like Frank Ladson.
I'm currently hanging my hopes on Williams coming in a taking slot WR position over.
