220 / 110 - Update on adding a light to the dock

So, as it turns out, there is a 110 nearby. Dad tapped into that one instead of the 220.
The 220 pump is at the red X
The 110 outlet is at the green X
He's already trenched in the wire and conduit and conduit out to the dock. The new light arrives today.
The light will be on a timer, so it will only run at night.
Not sure why this wasn't an option before, haha.

So, yes, it attracts baitfish which attracts the predator fish (Crappie, Bass, Stripers, Hybrids).
We have been wearing them out on Hartwell. 35 fish in a night, multiple fish over 5 lbs. It's good stuff.

I remember being hounded by those lunatics many years ago for having lights too near the water attractin the baby turtles to horrible deaths (I know - salt vs fresh water).
But I figure the Insane Turtle Posse has probably grown by leaps and bound over the years to include fresh water reptiles. Crazy never dies, it feeds and grows larger like The Blob.

bigger on Hartwell in about 6 trips/year X 6 hrs/trip X 20 yrs = 720 hours maybe on the water bass fishing. I mostly fish other lakes.
So one big fish in 720 hours.
This year I started fishing the lights around Spring.
In 3 hours I caught 4 bass between 5 and 6 lbs.
