But what will they do with them?

All part of cycling out for us

We can’t keep with twice as many 4 stars forever. I guess we will have to settle with 5-7 5 stars instead

The metric that beats all metrics for Coots is the number of 3 stars. Do a comparison and you will see our 3 stars are declining and they are rising. We are definitely cycling out.

I'm skeered to death of Will Muschamp's progress.

Having so many pesky 5* commits

Lloyd still seems to be getting traction to UGAy.

How many won't qualify? Seems they have at least one go JuCo each year

The REAL truth behind the recruiting rankings is this: What does the statistic even tell us? (Yes, I just made a statement using a question.)

Clemson averages 5th to 15th in recruiting class rankings per year - so lets say 10th place on average. Yet Clemson routinely finishes in the top 5 at the end of the season. UofSC recruiting classes rank in the top 25 generally but they seldom if ever finish the season inside the Top 25. Since recruit rankings are based on player talent, conference alliances matter zero in the end. If you recruit the #17 class, you should finish 17th-ish in final rankings. If you're the #1 recruiting class, you should at least be the hunt for the title, right?

By this metric, 1) Clemson routinely over-achieves based on recruiting class rankings and 2) SC routinely under-achieves based on their recruiting class rankings.

So.....
1) Clemson either does a better job developing its recruits into true performers or
2) Individual recruit rankings are a poor indicator of a players potential or

My personal preference...

3) Both 1 and 2 are correct.
