It has to be affordable enough

for emergencies, for situations where no other fuel can substitute in, etc., but expensive enough to shift a lot of the market away. Of course, once that happens and demand goes down, the price will then decrease but people will not want to go back.

I don't think all those industries will shift to other fuels in 6 months, just to be clear. I was referring to when I thought the price might get jacked up to $6.

I do recognize how oil dependent we are, but I realize I may have suggested otherwise. I was trying to explain why I wouldn't want prices to go higher.

So you're blaming the cancellation of 3 land leases last Wednesday for the high gas prices we've been having all year? LOLOLOL.

Don't see how you guys do it.
I think our car is worth quite a bit more than we paid for it. Have to give my wife credit for finding that puppy in such clean condition with low miles at a low price three years ago after my son totaled the Civic.

I just checked the tow capacity of the Prius C. The hitch weight rating is 300lbs and the tow capacity is 2,000 lbs. You’ve convinced me! I’m buying one today to pull my 10,000 lbs hydroseeder! Woo Hoo!!!
