Homeowners insurance, property taxes, maintenance, oh and did I mention maintenance? Yard? Yep, there's that too. Oh, and utilities yaaaay. And the piece de le resistance is your wonderful HOA. If a bird shits too much on your mailbox, expect a hefty fine.

My HOA is very lax and only have to pay the fee if you want pool use.

I would be there and we would drink till our faces melted off. Then we would do some coke and stay up for 72 hours or so and then go eat some good ol McDonalds.
