This is our worst offense in a decade and we will be lucky not to lose to BC, NC State and FSU. We have to take it one game at a time and hope for the best. Right now I just hope we can score on SC State. 1 at a time.

Agreed. Although a great defense - you have to score offensively. I saw much better offensives in the ACC and doubt we’ll make it through without a loss or more.

I agree. This coming Saturday will reveal whether we are a Kelly Bryant offense or are capable of being more explosive than that. I know, the opposing team is FCS. But, if we score 38, bad. We need to score at least 50 to give me a good vibe. And I would like to see our first team offense in for most of this game, unless we are ahead by 40 late in the third quarter. I want to see explosiveness. I want to see DJ making quick decisions and using his legs.

The South Carolina State Bulldogs gave up 42 to the Alabama A&M Bulldogs (I kid you not) this past Saturday. We should score more than 42 this coming Saturday.

we arent even a kelly bryant offense right now. Kelly could at least move his feet. DJ is a statue.

This Saturday will prove absolutely nothing. SC State is horrible every year and is not a BCS team. We win by whatever margin we choose. So what? Nothing to be gained but a paycheck for SC State. Going to take a bit more of challenge to make any assessment regarding expected progress. Seems obvious after watching these cupcake games for years. They only allow the third stringers some time on the field against walk on caliber players. Will still have the post game hype.

I can’t believe we waste a home game scheduling SC State. Just send them a check if the legislature makes us schedule small in state teams. It hurts our strength of schedule. Same with the Citadel, Wofford and Furman.
