Tues night I was on my way to the lake. I drove through the same area the day before and saw a local gas station had gas for $2.91/gal (the cheapest of all the utters I had passed).
So I has planned to stop there for gas. As I'm pulling into the station, another truck just then slides into the last spot / last pump. He gets out....AND WALKS INTO THE STORE. He no pumps the gas.
Ok, somebody gonna be done here in a second - then I realize ain't NOBODY pumping no gas. There are 6 vehicles at 6 pumps and zero persons at 6 pumps. WTFT?
At this point I want to park the truck, go into the store and yell at everyone in there "WHY ARE YOU PARKED AT THE PUMP IF YOU AIN"T PUMPING NO GAS!!!"
But I didn't do that. I remembered this little trick I learned as a teenager and calmly said "Serenity Now, Serenity Now, Serenity Now".
It must have taken at least 5 or 6 minutes for somebody to come out of the store and come back to the car and you know what they did? They started pumping gas. Serenity Now.
So by the 3rd time someone walked out.....they slowly climbed into their truck and pulled away and I was able to purchase the refined fuel oil. And I realized I was going to be ok.
I hope you all are considerate when you are pumping the gas. In my life, maybe 2 or 3 times, I have left a vehicle at the pump unattended only because there were multiple pumps available and I was running into the store for a quicky.
And then I threw away $45.

And scratch them right there and talk to the clerk about how they never win and they need to either quit or buy more can’t decide but my old lady is going to be pissed that I spent all this money and hey did you get any of them rebel flag lighters in yet oh and I was going to fill up but only have $3 left so put that on number 4

he may be in a poor part of town.
Add to that lottery tickets, and the people go in, and pay for gas, drinks, whatever, and a lottery ticket, which can take forever.

These days about the only thing that gets my BP up is slow, inconsiderate, unobservant, people wasting everybody's time. That usually only happens when I get in my vehicle. MFs that wont make a left turn when another car is in sight or riding down the interstate texting, askholes that leave the shopping cart in the middle of the lot, etc, etc. I try not to waste other people's time, so, I just try stay home or in the woods or on the water.
Careful, there's a lot of iggernant people out there and it's not really allowed to to shoot them.

and/or get on a phone call w/ my wife to audibly vent about all the slow ### ####### tourists clogging up the walkways for those of us who are working and actually have somewhere to ####### be.
It's worth the $1k a year for lounge access just so I can avoid the commoners in the airport.
And if you fly regularly at all, and you don't have noise canceling over the ear headphones, you're opening yourself up to hearing the worst that humanity has to offer. And typically after 2 or 3 airport beers, you may or may not be able to bite your tongue while amongst the morons.

So let's say you are driving around a crowded shopping area with limited parking. MFers that get in their cars to leave and then sit there forever on their GD cell phone while you are waiting for them to back out can go die in a MFing fire. If you're going to do that, at LEAST don't put your MFing foot on the MFing brake looking like you are ready to pull out. MFing idiots.

the people who pull up to the pump, start pumping, and then walk in WHILE THE GAS IS PUMPING. On more than one occasion I've run and grabbed a flooding gas nozzle from a car because the idjit is inside while it's pumping.
One guy came out of the store, and was cussing at all the spilled gas. I told him "You're welcomed. Next time stay at the pump." and he gave me some eat #### look. Effer.
