acc network question

I live out of area so I get it via computer and volume is always lacking. This is even w computer and espn volume cranked. Anyone else have this issue

also, is it just the ACCN broadcasts? Depending on the age of your computer, speakers are a very low priority in many. My business laptop speakers SUCK...
