with everyone worried about wv not being good enough makes the conference look silly with all the problems nc is having, and those hypocrites led the charge to keep them out. that wine and cheese bunch always look down their noses at other schools about academics. there is no way all the administration did not know about what was going on for the last decade. and it was players in all sports. this is a program out of control. lets see how swofford handles his fairhaired bunch. him being all about upholding the confereces reputation on academics just went out the window. stay tuned, going to get bad in chapel hill.

There is absolutely no question the unc academic fraud

scandal is the proverbial bell cow for "Lack of Institutional Control"......except that, apparently, the "institution" was in on it from the beginning.

With mounting national exposure and pressure from more and more corners, the NCAA will have to re-examine their findings (or lack thereof) during what can only be considered a half-hearted investigation and strongly consider adding to the penalties they levied earlier this year.

More importantly, at least to Clemson fans, will be the impact on and response elicited from the ACC. All of us thought the "strongly worded letter of reprimand" was a gigantic joke and now its become sadly obvious that was the case. The ACC office ALSO desperately needs to revisit this unc situation as the non-penalty levied was sorely inadequate.

knew and for how long. His attendance with UNC officials at the NCAA hearing is questionable: how many times has he attended hearings, for whom, and what was his participation?

except for their football team, which hasn't even won a national championship. at least north carolina is in a pretty big market

my post was about how wv is in a much better situation now by being in the big 12 than big east and our reason for not taking them was academics, and please read about nc and their situation. not about tv markets , its about academics or a lack of and cheating.
