Academic Scholarship Question

Anyone know typical amount awarded for someone accepted into the nursing program? GF’s daughter just got accepted.
They say March 2022 is when she will know but she’s worried it will only be the $250.

Is she in state? If so you can factor in the amounts from the lottery scholarship too.

I don’t think there is any such thing as “typical”. My best advice is to apply for everything. That will require some work on your niece’s part.

Pretty much depends on her ACT/SAT score. If she has a 32 or above on the ACT or a 1420 on the SAT she will get big money. If not, apply for whatever you can. In state has the life scholarship and palmetto fellows if she is in the top 6 percent of her class and has 1300 ish on SAT. Can’t remember exact number. Hope this helps.
