Decommitted from transferring to Michigan because of admission issues.
Clemson was in the mix for him when he entered the portal, and I know we’ve got a pretty full class of transfers, but I guarantee you we’d take him. He was one of the best players in their championship run a couple years back.
I don’t think it would happen maybe because of the admission issues, but who knows with Brownell. He doesn’t seem to often go after guys with higher grades. I understand the academics within our teams have been held to a high standard, and the requirements are met. But if for some reason we could pull Love I’d really feel seriously great about a top-10 finish next year.

Could be just certain credit hours aren’t accepted as transfer/classes don’t align

1. We don't have any scholarships available.
2. Girard fits much better without team as we need a knock down shooter. Not an extremely streaky shooter.
Sucks for love. I hope he finds a spot

Cleb was the cancer at unc. Why would you want that guy. He will be trouble no matter where he lands. It is not all about talent.

Well, it’s not all about talent, but it is the most important thing.
At least when you’re in Brad’s position.
Whatever Brad’s done great already with transfers this off-season, but come on. I know Love had some locker room issues, but there are so many levels to that behavior. I’ve seen worse than what he’s done. His attitude can be fixed. He just needs the right thing in his life probably.

I'm not really worried about his attitude. It's the fact that he can't shoot consistently. He shot 29% from 3 last year. We do not need a player that isn't a good shooter play at the 2.
Also add in the fact that we don't have room for scholarships. Don't think we would want to cut somebody to bring in Love

Caleb Love has more talent than anybody on our roster except for PJ Hall.
None of our players have been named as an All American in any capacity. None of our players have been listed among the candidates for the Wooden Award at some point during the season.

Caleb Love does have great talent, but incredibly streaky.
He's a better overall player than Girard, but I would probably rather have Girard because he fits our team way better.
If Caleb Love started at the 2, we would likely have one of the worst 3 point shooting teams in the ACC. Our best 3 point shooter would be our Center.
