about a win and season so far. I think it’s fair for the fans to get frustrated but there are a ton of “fans” out there that cross the line of wanting better and just being horrible fans. Some should probably enroll in some classes at USUCK and become fans of the gamecocks TBH, Brandon ain’t wrong. If we are gonna be critical of results we need to do it in a way that doesn’t bash an 18-20 year old you g man/kid, remember this is OUR team.

That is the truth, I've stayed on the broken down wagon many of seasons hoping, and praying that one day our Clemson Tigers would be the talk of college FB one day. We have been the talk of college FB for about 10 straight years now, and it hasn't been bc we were losing, and my hopes and prayers were answered in a good way.
With a permanent seat in our fan wagon for 59 years now, and as bad as I hate saying it, our offense is suffering, and it's my opinion that our offense is suffering bc of Tony Elliott's limited experience as an offensive coordinator when everything isn't working with young inexperience talent, and he's not able to put it together to work with the experience that he does have...
It's a fact that I don't know how to fix it, but TE is a highly paid OC, and he is suppose to know how to fix it enough to be competitive with all the talent that he has to work with. About any OC can take experienced seasoned talent like we've had over these past 5 or 6 years and win it, and look good doing it. But a really good OC can take the quality of talent that we have now, and make it more competitive than we have looked these past 3 games, with only one of the 3 teams we've played can match our talent player to player....

Some would, like Braden Galloway, dude has like 3 million til tok subscribers that has nothing to do with football and wasn’t allowed to monetize it before NIL. You said they are all getting paid “good money”, that’s a joke, most aren’t monetizing anything, all are TRYING to monetize anything they can. Xavier Kelly
wasn't allowed to sell his awesome art before NIL.
Point being, NIL is based off their own market value and/or skill sets, none of them are being paid to play football. If you wanna criticize anyone for being paid to be a professional then go after the coaches, not the players, that’s who are the professionals that are getting paid to coach football.
I’m beginning to realize that there are a ton of people out there that have no idea what NIL is, oh well.

you are extremely naive.
Not sure what Braden Galloway has going to attract three million TIK TOK followers, but rest assured that the vast majority of college athletes who are now taking advantage of NIL have absolutely nothing else to sell other than their prowess on the field.
And what’s worse, now it will be perfectly legal for wealthy donors to programs to promise to “buy” enough NIL merchandise to sway a recruit to a certain school before they ever score a point in college.
It has basically legalized what was up until recently called blatant cheating. Clemson spend three years on probation for violating an NCAA rule that NIL now makes moot.
NIL is a corrupt situation disguised as something good for college sports.

These guys need to know that fans have talked and complained about stuff for generations. It’s just the way it is.
The difference is it’s all out there to see now because of social media.
If the players are that thin skinned, then maybe they just need to try not to look at it.

Maybe, but they put their bodies on the line every Saturday for our enjoyment and it's very frustrating I'm sure to see that the majority of fans can't be supportive. One thing goes wrong and people on TigerNet are ready to throw every player or coach under the bus at a moment's notice, do some of you even enjoy football season?

I feel kinda the same. I am disappointed in the offense right now....but I am counting on them getting it together!
I will say it again...every Clemson team gets better as the year goes on. Fix the mistakes and let's see where this team stands.

I watched the 1998 team go 3-8. Always pulled for the Tigers. Now our coach says best is the standard and we aren't supposed to expect the best. I will always, ALWAYS be a Tiger fan but when my coach says he expects the best, so do I.

There is an overwhelming amount of bandwagon fans following Clemson now and they are leading the criticism. It’s pathetic really. Their fragile ego is the reason they go from team to team. The ones who post the crap on here and have been on Tigernet for less than 5 years should be ignored.
