I was ready for Summer but that ended the week after it started. I concur, ready for Football and chasing Whitetails as well.

Recently purchased 32 acres here in Arkansas, I know not that huge but borders on game and fish. I’m looking forward to scouting it out and bow hunting. I won’t rifle hunt there. But it’s exciting to figure it out and trying to pick a good spot to hunt.

32 is a good chunk. I recently purchased 5 acres with a house on it about 40 miles from D.C. I have fun exploring my 5 ... it's plenty enough to get completely surrounded by trees, hike a bit and scout areas to bow hunt. Got a nice 8pt last fall and can't wait to get home again the first week of Sept and see what my trail cameras have turned up. Also early deer season will be just starting. Again, congrats... I'm jealous.

It's 120+ where I am at and will be until I get back home in September. Football aside, autumn is that my favorite season anyway. Add in Clemson football and there's no comparison. Cooler temps, fall foliage, Oktoberfest beers... yes, please!!
