Exercise for 20 minutes 3-4 times a week, completely stay away from sugar, and saturated fats, and you will live longer. But living to be a 100 it mostly depends on your Body Genetics/Genotype. But it has been proven that eliminating sugar, saturated fats, and exercising 20 minute 3-4 times a week is the #1 secret to improving the longevity of human life!!!!

Rightfully so, I couldn't dream of anything better to celebrate!!! Not many of us will ever have anything as grand to celebrate, as living life for 100 years, so you should party like it's 2021, and also celebrate November 1921!!!!
Love that brilliant answer Joe. Agreed we all can say we will celebrate the next birthday but none as significant as you. I’ll say I just want to be able to hug our kids and be with them as a family. Had to do Christmas by FaceTime. Worst part of the whole thing.
