light mayo on both slices, thinly sliced turkey, but as much as you want, slice of swiss chesse, some bacon if you have it, and lightly sprinkle celery salt on the mayo. You can leave off anything but the celery salt. It's the ####.

Another option.... which I just remembered..... and had.
Warm homemade yeast roll that was slathered with butter..... pile on the turkey or ham... no mayo or anything need..... PERFECTION!
The wife took some of that yeast roll dough and and made cinnamon rolls for the morning. I’ve requested ORANGE glaze, eggs fried to perfection, purple grits(blue corn grits, they look purple), bacon and the appropriate morning drink.
YUM!
