Very interesting update on XT. I love his ownership of his physical condition and desire to prepare for the NFL. Hopefully, it will result in more TFL’s and sacks.
Like most of us normal mortals, XT is fighting with self control at the feed trough. Pulling for him to succeed on and off the field.

Guess he and DJ both battled the food variety. As you said, don't we all. Both will have a breakout year. Can't wait.. Going to be exciting. Love his comments the other day saying call it what it is, I was fat.

Is it really ownership though? He was fat his Freshman year, and now he's just now taking action after having 4 years?
These guys have professional chefs making their meals, they have a world-class athletic facility, and they have tutors--not to mention amazing genetics more often than not.
There is no reason that an 18-22 year old can't be shredded and in good cardiovascular shape. If he's struggling now, this guys is going to have a rude awakening in the real world when he is having to make good nutritional decisions with a slowing metabolism.
