What a great time for this team to gel. #7 now - just keep on winning! Looking forward to getting back to where Clemson baseball should be - CWS.

Yep. That sweep by Wake Forest in which we played them pretty close each game initiated a crazy turnaround. Even with our unbelievable history in baseball this has to be one of the best 20 game streaks in our history. I believe I ready this is the first time we have won 6 series in a row since 2011. If they can keep this up I see a super as a minimum result for this team. And we haven't made a super in what 12-13 years? Exciting times especially considering Bakich will likely only get better as he gets a few recruiting classes under his belt.

I am still very weary of our depth on the mound but the way Bakich manages the offense has been incredible. If your lineup doesn't hit a ton of homeruns (which we do not) stealing bases, bunting, and 2 out hits are crucial. The change of focus from homerun to stealing bags and hitting doubles has lead to the turnaround for our offense.

Our two middle guys, Bertram and Blackwell, have been excellent leaders for the team. We will miss them dreadfully next season.

I've got a feeling the talent level will only be increasing from here on out with Bakich. I think we're in good hands.
