18th. I think it's hard to get a list, because the coaches don't want it getting out who's coming.
Best bet for commitments : Tre Lamar John Simpson

I don't expect it to be as big as in the past. Other schools started doing the samething and they have started to plan againts it. They try to get are prospect to visit them that weekend.

Clemson's annual All In Cookout is slated for July 17th and some elite talent is scheduled to be on hand. Highly touted LB Tre Lamar is expected to be there and his decision could occur on that day. Most feel it's between Auburn or Clemson. DE Xavier Kelly is planning on going to the All In Cookout and would like to bring his mother along to show her what he sees in Clemson. Though his recruitment has been rather quiet, star DL Nyles Pinckney has expressed his interest in attending the event as well. He was on hand for the Clemson vs scar game and attended scar's junior day. It would appear as if this is another in state battle.
John Simpson has still yet to decide between the All In Cookout or attending UGA's Dawg Nights. While most expected Diondre Overton to be in Clemson on the 17th- we've learned that it isn't going to happen. He'll be at Tennessee with his step father but don't fret! This trip was slated prior to the known date of the Cookout.
A number of 2016 Clemson commits are slated to be there including Jamie Skalski. He's added a lot of bulk and looks to be close to 230 lbs. It is anticipated that Clemson WR commit TJ Chase will be on hand as well. I still have yet to confirm who could potentially be accompanying him to Clemson but I've heard that Rahshaun Smith will be there. Wouldn't it be nice if Chase would be joined by DE Shavar Manuel and DB Saivion Smith?!
Another note I'd like to pass along is in regards to OL EJ Price. He's been in heavy contact with Michigan and has sent them a few "Shout outs" via Twitter; including one yesterday. Former CB target Wayne Davis has committed to Ohio State. CB prospect Damar Hamlin also appears to doing the same with Penn State and it wouldn't surprise me to see him in a Nittany Lion's uniform. Another CB, Jacob Morgenstern, recently committed to Duke. ATH/DB Korey Charles is set to announce on the 17th but I believe that could just be coincidental that it's on the same day as the All In Cookout. In regards to another defensive back prospect, and for what it's worth, Robbie Robinson tells me that he was wearing a Clemson hat on Sunday. Just passing that along.

Where did you hear that Kelly would be there? I hadn't heard that yet. Would be great news nonetheless for I believe he is one of the best true DE we have left on our board. The guy has HUGE UPSIDEeeeee.

Kelly will be there. Possibly Clayton and J. Smith as well.
John Simpson will not be there. Tennessee. Grrrr.

Zerrick Cooper is scheduled to be here

I've gotten a ton of mail and questions lately regarding rumors about Cooper and Florida. I just laugh at it. I'm not sure where that originated from but there's nothing to it that I am aware of and the folks who I know in the business also scoffed at the notion.

There was an article on 247 that said Florida was after several committed QB prospects and Cooper was one they listed. That's the only time I've seen him and Florida mentioned together from a legitimate outlet.

I think our best chances for a commitment would be Nyles Pinckney, Xavier Kelley or Tre Lamar. Hopefully TJ Chase can get Rahshaun Smith up with him with all of the Cory Robinson/Maryland rumors, as well as Shavar and Savion.

It certainly appears that Tre Lamar will go ahead and give a verbal to Clemson. I wouldn't expect Xavier Kelly to pull the trigger until much later in the process. You'll likely see him take several visits to numerous places over the next 4 or 5 months and the rumors will fly regarding his status. Nonetheless, it's good that he'll be back at Clemson and that we're in it.
