It could be limited to 15 total bowls - 30 teams. 4 Playoff games (bowls) then the rest divided for teams in the top 30.

80 teams out of 128 are supposed to go bowling. So there many not even be that many teams above 500 in the country

When ESPN creates 15 or so new bowls that they have to find teams to fill slots for every year.

Seems to me that when they said everyone had to play 12 games in a season that the bowl requirement win total should have been moved up to 7. Now they want to make it 5???? Funny.
