to mind. we've been in the top 5 in the country on 4th down conversions during that time (#1 one year i believed).

i was not a big fan of it on the goal line either but i have to trust our staff to know what they are doing better than me sitting 76 rows up with a paid ticket

but the shotgun snap is fine if it is executed properly, which it is 99% of the time. We have been very good in short yardage situations using a shotgun snap in the past. You can't blame the coaches for a bad snap.

One of the most automatic plays in football is the extra point. Notice, it begins with a long snap, much longer than a shotgun snap.

Norton needs to get better doing his job, or the coaches need to find someone else to do it. If you want to blame the coaches for something, then blame them for that.
