This was the ESPN video on Christian Wilkins on why he wears #42! For perspective of what this young man has already achieved and his family has overcome. Whatever Christian you decide, your Clemson family is behind you and we appreciate not only what you are doing on the football field but in life! Wherever you wear that #42 it is special and your grandfather would be proud of you!

I'm sure that Grandpa couldn't have been prouder of his amazing grandson!!! His game can't compete with his personality and character. The one thing that Tiger Nation has learned about CW, he is a very bright young man among men with an infectious personality that draws others to him like a magnet will draw steel to it!!! He will be surly missed around Tiger town and the Clemson FB program for more than his athletic ability....

It would’ve been so easy for him to develop an anti-police and anti-establishment world view over such an incredibly senseless and stupid negligent discharge that changed his life... yet through the love of his family and his own developed character he’s the amazing man and athlete he is today. With where his life appears headed after football, this sounds like a great future movie. We’ve been blessed to have Christian here
