Most every other team has 20+ recruits. While its a small class we did hit on our immediate needs. QB, OL, WR. All great players coming in.

247 had us at #15 a little higher but I thought we had a top 12 class. Also only 13 expected players signing when most teams are going to have over 20. Are the numbers adding up with all the loses?

I thought it was still high. Didn't realize that hurt the ranking of the class that much. How did FSU and UNC have better classes than us?

FSU and UNC always recruit well. They have just been bad at developing talent.

obviously hurts a smaller class ranking. Numbers aren't there to prop it up.
We'll use the portal. Also sign some guys in February.
And I believe be right back at the top next season with a huge class

If you look at the Composite Average of the 13 Tiger Commits, they are #5 at 92.07. The teams below just have more of the commits rated higher. Clemson doesn't have many but they are top recruits.

O310 - 94.22
TA&M - 93.60
UGA - 92.80

Hopefully, the Tigers can pick up 4 or 5 recruits between now and February. Like said before, there will be an impact with depth that will hit 2023 or 2024.

There is positive and negative spin to this. The positive spin is that the recruiting class we do have is rated really good. The negative is that we have to have a full football team and position depth which means a higher number of good recruits is needed than what we have.

-we didn't offer ENOUGH early, swung and missed on some big targets so now we're stuck in a numbers roster conundrum too late in the game to swing any of the elite guys.
OVERSIGNING in the future can solve that issue............but nothing will solve the NIL issue
