Obviously this will get updated once the TV schedules are announced, but we're already beginning to see some preseason predictions and, of course, they involve the Clemson Tigers...
SaturdayBlitz.com projects the Week 4 UVA @ Clemson game to be a GameDay host, which sounds weird but OK I guess? I wonder if that's dependent on UVA beating Georgia in Week 1? (eh, don't hold your breath!)
Somehow they picked Alabama @ LSU over Clemson @ Notre Dame - a selection I just can't imagine! Clemson/ND is already being hyped as "The Game of the Century" -- how is that not a GameDay host then?
They "make up for it" by suggesting Pitt @ UNC the following week (are you kidding me?).
Huge games which may get snubbed: Week 2: Penn State @ Virginia Tech - Big Ten/ACC; up against Ohio State @ Oregon. Week 9: Virginia Tech @ Louisville - possibility of two one-loss teams; competition is WLOCP.
Anyway, that's the short version how I see it; the long version is on my blog post:
Problem is, Clemson @ ND will be on NBC, not an ABC

or ESPN network.
I realize that Gameday will ocassionaly go to games that they will not air, but they will rarely choose one of those games if there is a viable candidate on an ABC/ESPN network.
