For starters we had William Barr, Ivanka, and his own data analytics guy testifying that Trump had been credibly told by everybody in his own staff and administration that he'd lost the election, full stop.
He went ahead with his election-fraud claims and tried to overturn the election anyhow. From a legal standpoint, this is...very large, and it squarely places him in criminal violation of Article 182 of Section 15.
This is exactly what the Committee is obviously trying to show, and what I think the DOJ ultimately nails him for if he goes down, because he is demonstrably guilty.
