First TV game from DV was in......

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the first TV game ever from DV was against NC State in 1976. I remember how "bigtime" it was seeing the ABC trucks roll into town and setup down by the stadium. They had to run heavy cables everywhere because in those days DV wasn't setup to carry TV games. We watched it come on TV up in the Loggia then we all walked down to the stadium. Yeah, it was bigtime! And we won if I remember correctly.

I thought Clemson Duke was one of Keith Jackson's first games and it was in the 60's. Of course maybe it was a road game.

Duke from DV is the first one I remember. It was Homecoming and there was a devil in a tutu pirouetting near the top of the hill to lampoon the Duke team taking ballet lessons in the off-season.

First was 1966 against Duke. The NCSU you speak of was 1973 Lou Holtz was the coach
