WATCH: Lindsey Graham on Senate floor congratulates Clemson for winning CFB title

by - Assoc. Editor -

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham spoke on the Senate floor on Tuesday to congratulate the Clemson Tigers on winning the 2019 National Championship.

"I lived near Clemson most of my life and I'm here to congratulate the Clemson Tigers because after last night the Clemson Tigers have become the gold standard for college football both on and off the field. What I like most about Clemson, they believe you can't win on the field if you lose off the field."

He finished up his three-minute congratulatory speech by saying 'Go Tigers!' to his fellow senators.
