Skills & Drills Football Camp on Tuesday July 7, 2015. The camp will be managed by Greenville, SC sport management company Wyatt Sports, LLC and its sports training entity, Wyatt Sports Academy. The camp is for boys and girls ages 5-15, and will include football fundamentals, obstacle courses, lunch, and bouncy stations for those ages 4 and under. The cost is only $20.00 per camper and registration is currently open at www.wyattacademy.com. They are encouraging campers to pre-register online now as limited space is available for the camp. Check in on the day of the camp begins at 8am followed by a short devotion, and then three hours of football training culminating in lunch at 12pm.

Eason is coming back to his high school alma mater Toombs County High School where he laid the foundation for getting collegiate football offers and committing to Clemson University. He finished his collegiate career with 153 tackles, including 15 sacks in 47 games and a first team All-ACC selection in 2002. He went on to be drafted in the fourth round of the NFL Draft to the Denver Broncos in 2003. He ended up playing for four NFL franchises in a 10 year career in which he won Super Bowl XLIII with the Pittsburgh Steelers. After his playing days he has worked on getting in the coaching profession and is currently the Assistant Defensive Line Coach for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans.

Eason is very proud of his Lyons, GA roots and it is a great honor for him to be able to come back to where he grew up to give back to the community that raised him. He will be joining the Toombs County coaching staff to teach the kids football skills and interact with them about what’s important in life. An extra bonus for the campers is that they will each receive a camp t-shirt, poster, and lunch.
