Marvin Sapp has received offers from Clemson, North Carolina, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, NC State, Louisville, Central Florida, Duke, and South Carolina. Sapp has narrowed his list down to a top three. Clemson, North Carolina, and Georgia Tech are the schools that are currently in the top three with Sapp.

Sapp shared with us what he liked about each school in his top three.

"Georgia Tech has a great engineering program. They have very good academics to go along with a good football program.

I like Brad Lawing the defensive coordinator at North Carolina. He talks to me a lot and tells me that I would fit in their system well.

Clemson sends me a lot of stuff. They have a great engineering program also. My cousin Patrick played their, and they should have let him stay at quarterback, but there is no hard feelings there. Everything is in the past. A lot of people tell me that Clemson has nothing to offer, but Clemson is a great school. Clemson has really opened up my eyes."

Sapp transfered to Sandalwood High School over the summer. He devoted most of his summer to trying to learn a new defensive system.

"I used to play in a 3-4, now I am in 4-3 defense. I am by myself in the middle of the field a lot, so that is something I have had to make an adjustment to. In a 3-4, you get beat up by the guards, and a 4-3 is a little bit easier on you. I can play in both."
