One of the big areas Dabo Swinney has helped Clemson is recruiting in the state of Alabama. Swinney has been especially successful at Opelika High School, where he has signed Adrian Kindred and Jacquez McKissic. Robert Pearson could be the third prospect Swinney pulls in from Opelika.

Pearson is a speedy wideout, who likes Clemson but is waiting on an offer.

"Coach Swinney sends me letters and talks to my coach. I know they are evaluating everyone right now, so hopefully I will hear something soon. I know Adrian and Jacquez really like it at Clemson."

Pearson likes what he is hearing from Clemson and Florida State, but if Auburn offers this may be a one horse race.

"I was at Clemson for their spring game. It was exciting to see what they are building. I went to every Auburn home game last year. I have always liked Auburn since I was a kid. I am gonna try and go to games at Clemson and Florida State, but I may just go to the game when they play each other. Every other week, I will probably go to Auburn because it very close to my house."

The Clemson staff will get a look at Pearson at camp this summer. If Pearson is going to be offered by Clemson, he will most likely have to perform very well during the camp.
