He might be the top receiver in the state of the Florida this fall. He visited UF a few times during the fall and grew up a Gators fan. However, Florida State is making a strong push, and word is that his mom really likes the staff in Tallahassee. Alabama has also made a very good impression on Black. This one should be fun to watch.
