One-time Clemson commitment Brandon Ellerbe is still looking around. Ellerbe is the DB out of Wadesboro, NC (Anson HS) who switched from Clemson to UNC after his mother took a job in the Chapel Hill area. He said he is still solid with UNC but will look at other schools on the advice of his mother.

Clemson, Texas Tech and West Virginia are showing the most interest. Ellerbe has said that he recently tried to contact his Clemson recruiter, DB's coach Charlie Harbison, and DL coach Dan Brooks, but didn't reach either one.

Ellerbe said he plans to set official visits with North Carolina, Clemson and West Virginia. He's also looking at Georgia and NC State.
