We confirmed Thursday morning through an official at Butler High School that Ryan Houston will be announcing his decision on noon. His decision will be televised by ESPNU.
Houston will be choosing between Clemson, UNC, Miami, and Florida. The Tar Heels appear to be the team to beat. By our estimation, an early decision is bad news for Clemson. The Tigers had a stronger shot with Houston, if process was prolonged. Billy Napier will likely make a strong effort to keep Clemson in the mix. Currently, we do forecast Houston to announce for North Carolina at noon on Friday. We will have an update on his decision regardless on Friday.
