Clemson defensive coordinator Vic Koenning stopped by to see Mobile defensive back Ryan Williams earlier this week. Upon his departure, he issued an offer to Williams.
"I was pretty excited when coach told me Clemson offered. I am going to go up there this summer for a visit. Not sure if I will make their for a camp, it may just be an unofficial visit." Williams said this has been a very exciting week for him, as he recruiting picked up. He received a big offer from an in-state school. "Alabama offered me yesterday. I grew up pulling for Alabama, and I was waiting on them to offer." Does this mean Williams is likely to commit to the Tide? "No, they are in my top group with the other schools that have offered me. I have to take some visits and make sure I am going to the right place."
