from Chattanooga, TN according to his twitter account.

Orr was a one-time Louisville commitment back in June but over the weekend announced on twitter that he had re-opened his recruitment.

TigerNet spoke with Orr right after his Clemson offer and he was excited. "I love the tradition of Clemson and its a great place and I can't wait to get down," Orr said. "I like them Tigers a lot."

Orr said that Dan Brooks came to his school on Monday and he received the good news of the offer. He has also been in contact with Coach Venables and Coach Reed. Orr has no favorite at this time.

He has offers from App State, Arizona State, Chattanooga, Cincinnati, Clemson, Duke, East Carolina, Furman, Indiana, Louisville, Memphis, Middle Tennessee State, Navy, Oklahoma, Samford, Washington State, Western Kentucky and others.

As a senior, he had 1000 all-purpose yards with 20 touchdowns despite a lot of double and triple teams. He also had 45 tackles, 12 pass break-ups, five tackles for loss and an interception. Most teams did not throw the ball a lot to his side of the field.

As a junior, he had 1,724 all-purpose yards and 15 touchdowns. On defense, he had five interceptions with two of them returned for scores. As a sophomore, he had 1,105 all-purpose yards with 18 touchdowns including a rushing TD, passing TD, interception for TD, kick return TD and a punt return TD.

Orr plans to visit Arizona State and Washington State in the coming weeks and has set a Clemson visit on January 23rd.
