Former Clemson DB headed to IR

by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson defensive back Byron Maxwell and defensive tackle Bennie Logan are headed to the team's season-ending injured reserve list according to multiple reports.

The Eagles were eliminated from the playoffs with a loss to the Redskins on Sunday so the Eagles are looking to sign two players for their final game against the New York Giants.

Maxwell was inactive on Sunday with a shoulder injury.

He has 64 tackles and two interceptions this season after signing a 63-million dollar contract during the offseason.
