Dabo Swinney headlines Celebrity Softball at Prowl and Growl

Don't miss out on the chance to see Clemson head football coach Dabo Swinney and other Clemson stars play softball a Greenville's Fluor Field.

The Clemson Prowl & Growl is back and better than ever. This event returns to Greenville on Monday, April 15th, at Fluor Field at the West End, merging what was the “meeting” portion of the event with a Clemson Celebrity Softball game. Sit back, relax and enjoy an evening showcasing what makes Clemson so special.

Swinney will lead the Orange Team with men’s assistant basketball coach Dick Bender taking charge of the White Team. Special Celebrity guests include head baseball coach Monte Lee, Clemson’s first head softball coach John Rittman, Woody Dantzler, Travis Blanks, Patrick Sapp, Eric Mac Lain, Michael Allen, Rashad Hall, James Trapp, Robert Smith and more.

Doors open at 5 pm with photo line for Dabo starting at 5:30. The softball game will begin at 6:30.

Don’t miss out on updates from Clemson University Athletics Director, Dan Radakovich along with representatives from IPTAY and Clemson University. Attendees will be given the opportunity to learn about what's happening around Clemson University while showing their support for the Tigers.

The event is hosted by the Greenville Clemson Club. The Greenville Clemson Club has helped dozens of Greenville County Students attend Clemson by providing annual scholarships through their endowment fund. They have also made donations exceeding $25,000 to projects locally and at Clemson including The Greenville County Children's Museum, West End Zone Project, Riggs Field Renovation, and Burton Basketball Challenge. They are currently raising funds to support the Cadden Chapel and the Snow Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Center construction projects at Clemson.
