4-star WR target taking decision to NSD

by -

Four-star Clemson WR target Xzavier Henderson (Miami, Fla.) says he will take his commitment decision until Signing Day in February.

Henderson picked up a Clemson offer in January and made a trip to campus in the spring, which Clemson coaches returned the favor with during his spring practices in Miami recently as well.

He told the Miami Herald that his commitment decision will go down to the wire as he is not able to enroll early from Columbus High School. Clemson is the early favorite with half of the 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions.

“He’s already selling me on the next round, trying to get me as a first-round wide receiver,” Henderson told the Miami Herald of Clemson co-OC Jeff Scott's pitch. “He said I have potential.”

His brother CJ Henderson plays for Florida and he holds an offer from there, as well as Alabama, Miami and 20-plus more FBS programs. He told the Miami Herald he is planning to visit Alabama, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee among his newer offers.
