Mickey Plyler on Palmer: "Medlin has a big, wide body that reminds you a little of Jamarcus Grant Clemson signed last year. He was very impressive at Shrine Bowl against Michigan signee Adam Patterson. He also was a lot more polished in the Shrine bowl than many believed and received many offers after the game was over. He could play tackle or in the interior."

Medlin on Clemson: "My visit was pretty good. I just felt comfortable at Clemson. I really had a lot of fun."
