Tankersley signs with Dolphins

Former Clemson DB Cordrea Tankersley signed a 4-year contract with the Miami Dolphins on Friday morning after being selected in the third round (No. 97 overall) of the NFL Draft.

Other financial terms were not released but the website Spotrac.com has Tankersley slotted to sign a $3,181,907 4-year deal with a signing bonus of $706,054.

Tankersley amassed 149 tackles, nine interceptions, and 22 pass breakups in 1,906 snaps over 55 games (30 starts) in his Clemson career and appeared in the second-most games in history behind only Chad Diehl (57).
