Adam Humphries has been tendered to a one-year contract by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday according to multiple reports.
Humphries had an impressive 55 catches for 622 yards and two touchdowns as the team's No. 2 receiver in 2016. He had 27 catches for 260 yards (9.6 ypc) and a touchdown in his rookie season (13 games) in 2015. He will be a free agent in the spring of 2018. The undrafted rookie and Clemson fan favorite earned a free agent contract after dazzling the Bucs' coaching staff in a two-day tryout back in May 2015. He was also impressive during the preseason as he led the team with nine catches for 139 yards and a touchdown. The former Dorman high school product had 127 receptions for 1,097 yards and three touchdowns while at Clemson.
