Kourtnei Brown has been claimed off waivers by Tampa Bay according to multiple reports.
Brown was waived by the Houston Texans over the weekend. He had an impressive preseason leading the Texans with three sacks and also had an interception return for a touchdown. He was an un-drafted free agent in 2012. Brown has been cut an amazing 10 times by seven NFL teams.
