I listened to the entire interview. Newman didn’t throw anyone under the bus, but also made his case transparent as to why he transferred. Sounds like an intelligent and thoughtful young man. It’s a shame he isn’t finishing his career athletically and academically at Clemson. I wish him success going forward.

Impressive interview and although he did not engage in throwing anyone under the bus and was quite complimentary towards everything Clemson, but.......there are some behind the scene stuff that needs improving for our basketball team to take the next step. Handling the transfer portal will be a science.

As far as John is transferring...playing time (his minutes being cut from 31 mpg last season to less than 15 mpg this season).

He said the freshman O-Max wanted to go somewhere he felt 'comfortable'.
