I've only seen him play last night but it would be hard to find a more over-rated, over-hyped, cocky gunner than that guy. If he was good he wouldn't be at Rutgers. Last night's lead announcer had a huge man crush on Harper, it was almost creepy.

I don't think the school means a lot. Some players develop differently.

Ja Morant went to Murray State
Steph Curry and Davidson
Scottie Pippen and Central Arkansas

There are a bunch of examples.
