Lets look at the Elite 8's football programs

Gonzaga: Nope
Oregon State: Theoretical
UCLA: Extremely Bad, keep getting bad NFL washouts
USC: NCAA even made them give something back
Houston: Firing football coaches for going 8-4 - hasn't won 8 games in 2 seasons since (7-13)
Arky: Completely deleted their football program after a motorcycle accident
Baylor: More Art than science. Rhuled out since 2019.
Meechigan - Can't even beat 31-0 so basically irrelevant. I hear they have hockey now.
