It would be great if we could move up to a 6th seed. Or maybe up to 5th or 4th. I figure our out of conference SOS would be a lot better with 4 of the 6 games vs power 5 teams. But guess SC State and M State pulling it down a lot.

That's 118 out of over 350.

That's the equivalent of being around 40 in football.

Being in the top 3rd of strength of schedule isn't bad because it's likely that many of the teams ahead of us are made up of smaller schools that sign up to take a thumping from a tough OOC to say they have big games on their schedules for recruits.

Tell you what; After Tech we have 3 straight road games. We are 1-4 in conference road games .Get back to me then and tell me if we are a 6th seed.

Our ACC road schedule has been top half of the ACC. Lot of those games were right after our COVID pause. Hopefully the fact we are playing a lot better and will be mentally tougher this go around. Win two of those three and at least winning 1 is huge.

If the same Tiger team shows up that just beat Carolina and Syracuse, there are 6 very winnable games left before the ACC Tournament so it is way too early to talk seeding. CBS and ESPN want you to believe people start thinking about seeds in January but that is a joke.
